The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

As a Sr Product Manager role on the ATP (Available to Promise) team entails creating industry-leading intelligent solutions to drive best-in-class omni-channel guest experiences.
ATP products focus on digital order fulfillment while optimizing availability, fulfillment costs, guest promises, and leveraging deep business insights and analytics to propel Target's Supply Chain.

In this role, your primary focus would be to provide accurate and optimized promises to Target's digital guests.
Promise capabilities will optimize and flexibly manage multiple inputs to define guest promise, minimize expenses for Target, and balance a complex network of fulfillment locations and logistics carriers.
This position will work across Supply Chain, Digital, Guest Experience, and Technology pyramids to collaborate with stakeholders, build business strategy, prioritize functionalities that maximize business value, and represent the product capabilities to engineering teams.
As a Sr.
Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product.
You will need to build a strong knowledge of your product through product discovery to collect customer feedback and work to collect other relevant data points that explain the value and help you prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.
You will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the 'voice of the product' to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful.
You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction.
You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain or equivalent domain experience Strong communication skills Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.
user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross functional partners.
Demonstrated experience working in a product model using industry best practices.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills leveraging data Strong business, technology, and data acumen skills This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
