The HR Service Desk Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries. Reporting to the HR Service Desk Manager, this role involves providing support, information, and assistance on various HR topics, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient query resolution.

What you'll do

Receive and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees through various communication channels, including phone, ticketing, and chat.
Guide employees through HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment.
Provide accurate, timely, and personalized information on HR policies, procedures, services, and technology.
Collaborate with HR team members to address and escalate complex or specialized inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of employee inquiries and case details in the HR service desk system.
Collaborate with the HR Service Desk Manager to identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
Provide feedback on frequently asked questions and recommend updates to HR knowledge resources.

Associates degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
