Ham Lake Veterinary Hospital is a two-doctor practice dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine as well as friendly, compassionate care. We are dog and cat focused, assisted by a diligent and skilled support staff. We are looking to add a Managing Veterinarian to our group of highly trained and experienced animal lovers. We would like someone that above everything else is friendly, helpful, and can provide fresh leadership to our confident team. We are experts in teamwork, cooperation, and communication and are very excited to collaborate with a new MDVM.

We have a highly cohesive, friendly, self-driven team and we emphasize work-life balance. We strive to protect our lunch breaks and often eat lunch as team (order in food, get treats) AND have time set aside during the day to be able to sit, eat and relax a bit. Outside of normal practice hours, we also really enjoying doing a group outing/get together every couple of months!

Our clientele is very passionate about their pets. We have several clients with multiple pets that are willing to go above and beyond with their care. They are open to whatever services we recommend, and many go to referral/specialists if needed. Our practice will serve as a perfect opportunity for you to grow, develop, and showcase your veterinary and leadership skills!

We are located in Ham Lake, Minnesota, less than a half hour drive north from Minneapolis. With twenty-five parks within the city limits, you can find abundant outdoor recreational opportunities, stunning natural surroundings, and small-town charm with access to all the opportunities of a big city.
