APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sturgis, MI looking to add a Blow Mold Processor to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to maintain the production of blow molded parts while meeting quality standards and efficiency. Think this sounds like you? Keep reading to find out more!

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28-$35/hr. depending on experience

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
• Assisting with mold and tooling changes as needed
• Operating precision measuring equipment
• Actively identifying improvements in all areas including cycle time optimization, safety/housekeeping, labor efficiency and mold/color changes
• Writing maintenance work orders as needed; tagging oil and air leaks for repairs when required
• Inspecting machinery to ensure safe operating procedures
• Establishes, records and maintains machine process parameters to mold parts that meet quality requirements
• Ensures employees manufacture high quality parts while meeting weight requirements that are free of defects
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years of prior experience as a blow mold process technician required
• The ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day and lift up to 60 lbs
• Experience with a variety of gauges and measurements tools
