You support our team as
Senior Director, Logistics Americas
Responsibilities
Support and fulfill defined standards within the region (processes, material flow, packaging) and improve them continuously.
Define regional logistics functions and organization.
Support developing a common Vibracoustic Logistics strategy.
Regional logistics KPIs.
Regional logistics costs of the supply chain.
Support of supplier development and customer relations.
Continuous improvement of internal processes within regional SCM, Sales and Engineering.
Support at bottleneck-management.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Logistics or similar level education.
Management experiences leading personnel.
5+ years in Logistics in automotive industry.
Supply chain processes (supplier -> Vibracoustic -> customer)
Production management & production processes.
Lean management
Troubleshooting with suppliers, internal production and customers.
Project management of complex projects and teams.
Experience in SAP and/or Aurora.
