Submission Requirements 2+ Years of experience - Required Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB Experience - PreferredHealth system-wide profile standardsReferences NOT required.A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.Michigan license verification is required for nurses.
Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler's best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
Certification Requirements BLS (AHA) About the Facility McLaren Northern Michigan is a 202-bed regional hospital located in Petoskey, Michigan serving residents in 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern part of the Upper Peninsula.
More than 230 physicians represent nearly all medical and surgical specialties, enabling full-service care with an emphasis on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences.Further McLaren Specifics:
Nonbillable Hours:
12 hours of initial hours on bill rates over $40/hr OT/Holiday/Call back Markups:
1.1x Regular rates Extension Discount:
$1/hr on the initial extension.
McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%.
Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
