We are looking for talented Representatives to join our dedicated sales team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of Woodland Direct. In this role, you will revel in the satisfaction of using your skills to help people while working in a positive and encouraging environment.

*About the Position:*

You will be responsible for proper management of phone calls, customer support, and web inquiry leads for the purpose of providing a world class customer experience.

*Responsibilities:*

* Answer incoming phone calls

* Identify and access the customer needs to maintain high customer satisfaction

* Meet sales and service goals

* Learn product lines

* Study and implement the Woodland Sales Methodology

* Fulfill the certification requirements for NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certificate

* Fulfill the call center scheduled shift requirements

* SR is responsible to transfer calls and inquiries to TSR/SSR team for items that are outside of the training scope

* Proper management of all leads and tickets

* Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*

* People, selling and organizational skills

* Computer and internet proficiency

* Ability to type at least 30WPM

* Technical sales ability

* Consistent punctuality

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

* Self-motivated with the ability to work with a large degree of independence

*Education:*

* High school diploma or equivalent required

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Compensation commensurate with experience
