What You'll Do:

Perform maintenance tasks to uphold safe and reliable facility operations.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and document repair outcomes thoroughly.
Manage tools and ensure accurate inventory maintenance.
Support training initiatives for maintenance staff.
Assist Maintenance Manager with coordination duties.
Install and repair equipment, including resolving conveyor system issues.
Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds appearance.
Coordinate waste removal services promptly.
Update maintenance records using computerized systems.
Conduct minor welding tasks and adhere to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot complex electrical controls.
Assign work orders via computerized systems.
Install electrical components.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance.
Must have completed classroom training or its equivalent on electrical controls.
Needs experience repairing and maintaining conveyor equipment.
Needs to have welding and fabrication experience in Oxy/Ace and electrode or wire type welding equipment and knowledgeable of all welding safety requirements.
Must have training or equivalent for basic AC & DC electricity.
Experience repairing and maintaining basic mechanical devices required.
Working knowledge and experience with various electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480V 3phase.
Basic PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) experience.
Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl and lift 50lbs unassisted for extended time periods.
Able to keep non-standard hours, work overtime, and be available on call occasionally.

Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required

Working Conditions:

Distribution center environment; may include exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions.
