We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Cloud Security Engineer

(ONLY hybrid role modality based in CDMX, MTY or GDL)

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the development of baseline technical security control requirements for Firewalls (ex: checkpoint, palo alto Juniper), Container technologies (Docker, Operation-Kubernetes), Operating Systems (RHEL, Widows).

• Writing script to automate compliance validation of security requirements.

• Actively collaborate with IT and all stakeholders throughout our client.

• Develop performance metrics on the effectiveness of the security control requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing baseline security control requirements, security policies/procedures & risk management program.

• Knowledge with Cloud Security including (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, OpenShift-Kubernetes

• Must have hands on experience installing, and securely configurating Operating systems and network devices securely.

• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

• Must have Knowledge and experience with security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001/2, CSA, STG, CIS Benchmark, Stig viewers.

• Ability to convey security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desire:

• CISSP, CISA, or Cloud certifications
