We are currently
seeking
an energetic and dedicated
Licensed Practical Nurse.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:
Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations
regarding
residents' rights.
Assist
resident
with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
in monitoring medication programs.
Dispenses medication
in accordance with
physician orders and as
stated
on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance
with and
rules and regulations and PSL policies.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:
Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
Compassion for and desire to work with elderly,
