Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the center with excellenceProvide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progressLead, coach, and motivate center management and instructional staff by building relationships and providing regular thoughtful, direct, and constructive feedbackClose sales by promptly responding to leads, thoughtfully conducting assessment appointmentsClearly communicating, and ensuring timely completion of enrollments.
Train, assist in scheduling employees, and apply appropriate instructional methods and practices to effectively provide individualized instruction in a small group setting using the Mathnasium Method Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student successBecome proficient with digital educational materials and processesMaintain a safe and professional learning environmentQualifications:
Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative to lead and oversee all aspects of center operations and performancePassion for developing and leading a team to deliver instructional excellence in Mathnasium's math education curriculum and approachExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily build rapport, understand customer needs and communicate clearly;Highly organized with attention to detailsGood judgement and emotional intelligenceEagerness to learn and be trainedProficiency with basic computer skillsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business, education, math or related fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredPrevious customer relationships & sales experience preferredMathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium").
Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium.
Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
Compensation details:
60000-65000 Yearly SalaryPIaff2315eac24-26***
