My client is a reputable General Contractor based just north of Boston that has been in business for over 115 years. They operate in mostly Health care and Academic sectors with projects valued up to $200M+. They are also known for being a great place to work, promoting their employees from within and having very low turnover. With a solid pipeline of work ahead coming from repeat clients, they are looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced Project Manager.

Description
Project Manager - $200M Academic Project - Northampton, MA will be responsible for:
managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
Profile
Project Manager - $200M Academic Project - Northampton, MA Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
Higher Education experience is a plus but not a must
Commercial construction experience
A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills
