Your areas of responsibility:
Act as primary point of contact to coordinate efforts between commercial and R&D activities to develop new products and improve existing portfolios
Provide technical support of grease and fluid lubricants for targeted industries
Support in the development of new business opportunities with customers
Solid understanding of customer and industry approval needs and processes
Collaborate with product managers for activities supporting product life cycle management, approvals and training
Lead all customer field trials and technical projects, coordination with sales, analysis of trials and internal and external written reports
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Science related backgrounds
3+ years of either business, engineering, or sales experience
Strong knowledge of lubrication, engineering, or aerospace industry
Open to travel (20-30%)
Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting
