At Interwell Health, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with Chronic and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) in living their best lives. We are in search of a seasoned Product Manager, with a background in healthcare and expertise in developing care models and services, to enhance patient care. This role is pivotal in managing the care for tens of thousands of ESKD patients, incurring billions in annual healthcare costs. Your success in this role will directly contribute to improved clinical outcomes and positively impact the lives of our patients.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Collaboration :
Work closely with clinicians, operators, data analysts, team leaders, designers, and fellow product managers to develop tools, workflows, and processes that align with patient and internal objectives.
Leadership in Product Development :
Lead product development activities, including ideation, concept development, prototyping, specification creation, building, verification, implementation, and support, specifically targeting performance enhancements at Fresenius dialysis clinics.
Agility in Care Model :
Continuously learn and rapidly iterate to enhance the care model for ESKD patients.
Data-Driven Insights :
Utilize data and user research to inform and implement service improvements that optimize clinical workflows and promote value-based care.
Patient Advocacy :
Consistently represent the patient perspective in all discussions, challenging assumptions and ensuring patient-centric decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

Robust analytical and problem-solving competencies.
Adaptability :
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Acumen :
Experience in building technology solutions is preferred. Must have experience implementing impactful 'people and process' changes.
Experience :
6-10+ years in product management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
