What you'll do:
FUNCION PRINCIPAL:
Operacin y configuracin de mquinas automticas y complejas. Hacer, interpretar y
aplicar especificaciones, as como operar mquinas, inspeccionar piezas de acuerdo con las guas y estndares establecidos rea.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
1. Mantener documentacin necesaria de acuerdo con los sistemas de calidad en cumplimiento con ISO9001.
2. Darle mantenimiento preventivo a la maquinaria y herramientas cuando sea necesario, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la herramienta de "Lean TPM".
3. Preparar documentacin 5S utilizando la gua de set up (LPA) para la limpieza y organizacin de las maquinas.
4. Verificar y documentar las tareas en la hoja de Mantenimiento preventivo del operador (OPM).
5. Notificar al supervisor o coordinador del rea cualquier oportunidad encontrada, ya sea de seguridad, calidad o maquinaria.
6. Realizar "first piece" del producto para verificacin de calidad.
7. Documentar nmero de ciclo y cavidades al comienzo del turno.
8. Realizar las inspecciones del producto segn proceso de Control de inspeccin (PCI)
9. Inspeccionar componentes con herramientas de medicin.
10. Documentar fallas y paradas de equipo y/o herramientas (Downtime)
11. Documentar y segregar la Produccin de piezas conformes y no conformes segn hoja de produccion (Scrap)
12. Operacin de equipo segn las instrucciones de manufactura.
13. Realizar ajuste a la herramienta o equipo segn sea necesario de acuerdo con los procedimientos de manufactura.
14. Ajustar componentes mecnicos, hidrulicas y neumticos para ayudar al funcionamiento de la maquinaria.
15. Realizar cambios de estilo segn sea el requisito de produccin.
16. Mantener un espacio de trabajo seguro y limpio.
17. Seguir las reglas y regulaciones de seguridad establecidas.
18. Capacidad de leer planos (Piezas).
19. Suministro de materia prima o componentes a maquinas semiautomticas.
20. Documentar/solucionar los problemas de calidad que pudieran surgir durante el turno.
21. Capaz de seguir instrucciones y programas de produccin.
22. Capaz de actuar rpidamente cuando surja un problema.
23. Encender la mquina.
24. Informar a los supervisores cuando se requiera un servicio o de asistencia importante.
25. Capacidad de seguir instrucciones orales y escritas.
26. Seleccionar los materiales de acuerdo con los requerimientos del trabajo.
27. Monitorear parmetros de produccin.
28. Sentido de urgencia.
29. Utilizar procedimiento LOTO para limpieza de mquinas.
30. Realizar otras tareas relacionadas al puesto.
31. Observar la operacin y asegurar que los procesos cumplan con las especificaciones.
32. Identificar deficiencias y necesidades de reparacin o mantenimiento y gestionar las mismas, por medio del sistema establecido Facility Works.
Qualifications:Educacion: Grado Tcnico en mecnica, tornera, electromecnica.
Experiencia: Dos (2) aos de experiencia mnima en trabajos relacionados (setup) de equipos de manufactura, neumtica y mecnica.
