The Position

Are you a top performer but know you're not being paid like one? Maybe you're paid like one, but you're sacrificing precious time with your loved ones?

Start part-time, learn the system, and transition into full-time (30-40 hours/week) when you start making more money here in your part-time than your current full-time position.
I have numerous examples of agents doing exactly that across the country, regardless of background.
I was a former school teacher of 7 years.
In my third week I made more in that week than I ever had in a month before, and quickly decided to move into a full-time role.

In the past 7 years I have now coached dozens of agents to multiple six figure incomes, and I am looking for my next handful of new agents to mentor to do the same.

As a financial services agency, Ian Graham Agency, LLC offers mortgage protection, final expense, retirement solutions, college savings strategies, term and whole life insurance options, and debt elimination programs.
We provide the training, support, and 1-on-1 mentorship.
Warm leads are available - there is NO COLD CALLING.
We provide all the back office support, processes, and technology.
You bring the integrity, work ethic, and coachability.

The Compensation

The average commission on a beginning contract is between $600 - $800 per application.
Full-time agents write an average of 3-7 applications per week.
Agents are able to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months.
There are no quotas.
This is a 100% full commission role.
Part-time agents have potential to make $40,000-$90,000+ in the first year.
Full-time agents have potential to make $90,000-$280,000+ in the first year.
Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

Potential clients are requesting information by either filling out a form via direct mail, calling a 1-800 number, or completing an online ad on one of many social media platforms.
Agents text and/or call to set up appointments to meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to help them apply for the coverage.
Many applications for clients are taking 10 minutes or less, with instant decision results.
Full time agents put in 5-10 hours on the phone, 10-20 hours running appointments, and 5-10 hours on administrative tasks & training calls.
