We are looking for an experienced Worker's Comp Defense Attorney to work with a reputable Law Firm in Louisiana!
Salary range $120K - $145K/year (DOE)

Responsibilities
Works with employers to settle workers comp cases
Assess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.
Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentation
Analysis of employment records
Any other duties related to the role
Qualifications
Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License -5+ years of experience
Must have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.
Attention de detail and Multitasker -Results-oriented and Client-Focused
Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
