• Building solid relationships with clients, prospects and partners in the region with a specific focus on High Growth tech companies willing to scale worldwide
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list and pursuit plans
• Managing requests for proposals (RFPs), processes (including documents preparation) and negotiations to close deals
• Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers' needs, competition screening
• Supporting the co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models
• Attending industry events and representing Concentrix in relevant webinars, partners events, professional local organizations, etc.
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
What are the skills we are looking for?
• Overall, the right profile is likely to have around 8 to 12 years' experience, ideally with experience in consultative selling with topics around High Tech Sales and B2B digital transformation
• Hunter and Collaborator; Consultative Sales experience
• Experience in B2B Business Development; B2B sales, whether within a BPO company or in-house
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional leadership and management skills; Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and attention to details and persuasion
• Sense of service and expertise in customer relationship/satisfaction
• A commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace environment.
• A solid fit with our culture: putting people first, puts clients at the heart, thrives to enjoy every day and being a passionate game changer
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
