• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and the development of security protocols to protect against current and emerging threats.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, secure code in C#, VB.NET, and other relevant programming languages to support application development and custom software solutions.
• Manage SQL Server and other databases, ensuring data integrity, performance tuning, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Serve as a project leader, utilizing PMP and Scrum Master certifications to manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the technology department.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Cybersecurity Specialist, or similar role in a complex technology environment.
• Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, and familiarity with other languages and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and experience with database design, optimization, and management.
• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies.
• Understanding of cryptography both from the mathematical perspective as well as various implementation technologies .
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Agile methodologies (Scrum Master).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
