We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Nurse to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Duties:
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Operate and monitor medical equipment used in patient care
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license with a background in Progressive Care Nursing
• Prior experience in Critical Care or Level II Trauma Center preferred
• Proficiency in Infection Control protocols
• Knowledge of Triage procedures and Workers Compensation Law
• Familiarity with Dementia Care and Primary Care practices
• Ability to perform Dermal Fillers injections is a plus
• Strong understanding of OR protocols and CT scans
