Mechanical Overland Park , Kansas Full-Time Sep 3, 2021 DPS is currently hiring a Mechanical Department Manager for our Overland Park, KS office. We are seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer with leadership capabilities and extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Bio engineering project delivery.
• Key Responsibilities
•
• Prepare and participate in project proposals, man-hour estimating and client presentations
• Participate in presentations at industry conferences and writing of papers in publications. Identify and research future industry trends. Keep on top of technology and industry developments
• Support Business Development for client engagement at senior levels
• Review detailed mechanical designs
• Manage HVAC, Plumbing and Fire protection team
• Manage work assignments
• Recruit and develop staff
• Provide technical backup to the operations teams in resolving complex mechanical problems
• Skills & Qualifications
