What you'll do
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods while you plan and coordinate work.
You'll also:

Apply standard engineering practices and techniques.
Adjust and correlate data.
Recognize discrepancies and follow standard procedures for all types of projects.
Build relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Oversee diverse professionals.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, with clear instructions.
Act as a coach and mentor.

What it takes
Ideally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
If you have six or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk.
Ideally, you will also:

Be a licensed professional engineer.
Speak and write well.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
Be a team player.
