* Position Description*
*Janitor/Custodian Lead Second Shift 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM* Location *IL - Glenview*Position Overview*
This is a full time Cleaning Lead position performing a variety of duties necessary to keep the building office areas in a clean, and orderly condition. Hours for this position are 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Monday through Friday.
*Responsibilities Include:*
* Supervise a Janitorial staff of 3-4.
* Preform all general cleaning duties as needed, as well as overseeing employee work quality, scheduling, and training.
* Assuring a high level of detail cleaning of the entire facility.
* Set up and take down of meeting rooms. Special event coverage.
* Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies.
* Fill in for other cleaning staff as needed, as well as other duties and projects as assigned by management.
*The ideal candidate will have:*
* 3-5 years Commercial/Industrial cleaning experience.
* Previous Lead / Supervisor experience.
* Good written and verbal skills fluent in English and Spanish.
