Material Handler available night shifts: 7PM to 7AM

Compensation:

Starting pay at $23.90 - paid weekly
Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn to Operate HMI to control 8 Fanuc Robots and corresponding conveying systems.

Use computer to Assign items to robot cells.
Respond to alarms in the robot cells.
Respond to alarms on the overhead conveyor system.
Learn and follow all Plant Safety and Robot Safety requirements.

Operate Two Automatic Wrappers:

Clear Jams
Troubleshooting of Wrappers
Change Film
Perform Daily P.M.

Operate Label Printers and Label Applicators:

Change Materials
Basic troubleshooting on Labelers
Perform Daily P.M. tasks.

Identify correct material labels to apply manual when auto label fails.

Ability to read product info on boxes and labels.

Document hourly production.
Complete daily Productivity reports.
Maintain open dialogue with shift supervision and palletizer team.
Daily manual lifting/palletizing of rejected cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least one year manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to accurately count, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions & decimals
Ability to use computer- Basic excel, Word, and email
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to read & interpret documents, i.e safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, & procedure manual
Possess a positive professional attitude
