Equitable Advisors is currently seeking candidates for our Fast Track Wealth Management Leadership Program if you are ambitious and want to become a Vice President in less than 24 months than this is the opportunity for you.

As an Equitable Advisors Financial Professional, you will first learn the skills to become a successful financial advisor to help individuals and small to mid-size businesses with all of their financial planning needs.
Our new advisors training program, our weekly training sessions, joint work with experienced advisors and mentorship program will give you knowledge you need to launch a successful career in financial services.

Then our Fast Track Leadership Candidates will enter the Equitable Advisors Leadership School to learn what it takes to become a successful leader.
If a good match for your career goals then candidates progress to our Prospective District Manager (PDM)Program where you will officially begin your leadership path as you begin recruiting, leading trainings and be part of the leadership team.

As an Equitable Advisors Financial Professional, you will learn:

How to build a book of business to start your career and grow it year over year
Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine the correct financial strategies and services to help clients meet their financial objectives
Maintain and service clients through annual meetings to review the planning you have done for them but also look for new business opportunities
Provide knowledgeable, objective financial guidance customized to a clients specific needs and goals utilizing a wide variety of financial solutions including investments, life insurance, annuities and alternative investments
How to grow your business by expanding into new areas of financial services

As an Equitable Advisors Fast Track Leadership Candidate, you will learn:

The skills it takes to be a successful leader
The recruiting skills you need to find the best candidates ranging from college graduates, career changers to experienced financial professional looking for a new home
How to build and maintain a successful team of financial professionals
The skills needed to lead a team of Financial Advisors to help them achieve their goals
Launch your leadership career as a Vice President or Territory Sales Manager
The steps needed to elevate yourself to higher leadership opportunities including Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President as well as corporate level positions

What it takes to be an Equitable Advisors Financial Professional:

A four-year college degree is preferred (but not required)
Ability to attain the State Life Accident and Health License
Ability to attain the FINRA SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66
Being results-driven, highly motivated, a self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with a high degree of self-confidence
Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
Desire to lead a team of Financial Advisors through coaching, mentorship and professional guidance
Must be authorized to work in the United States
