Security Analyst 3 at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Who We Are:
The Local Government Global Industry Unit (LGGIU) is an organization within Oracle that is building modern SaaS solutions for a future-forward government and we are seeking security specialists who have a genuine excitement and interest in being part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing industry leading cyber security and compliance to the public sector.
Who You Are:
You have passion for seeing security as a first class concern in modern cloud services.
You are detailed oriented and enjoy finding anomalies in large data sets and making sense of a lots of large loosely collected information.
Vulnerability assessments, CVE scoring, OWASP and security best practices are all second nature for you.
You are undaunted by regulatory compliance, control assessments and audits.
You understand the value of accurately defining high-level compliance controls as beneficial and effective security controls in real products.
You are collaborative and enjoy taking initiative where you see there is opportunity for improvement.
You are dedicated to helping others be successful in their approach to security by sharing your experience and talents.
You work towards achieving buy-in and educating others about security process.
You are comfortable reading production code (Java, Go) and in coding small utilities in Python.
Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities + Help drive comprehensive and ongoing Tenancy and SaaS security assessments via both manual and automated means + Perform vulnerability and compliance gap risk assessments + Work with development and SOC/SIEM teams to improve security alerts + Work with Compliance teams to support gap analysis and evidence collection + Support security incident response as required + Partner with software development through ongoing security identification + Partner with Site Reliability Engineering to help identify and work with them to improve automation mechanisms + Seek out opportunities to improve systems and reporting mechanisms Disclaimer:

Hiring Range in USD from $49.66 to $81.35 per hour; from:
$103,300 to $169,200 per annum.
