Ensure all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP), standard operation procedure, Regulatory and ComplianceMaintain good collaboration and coordination with third party warehouseSupervise operational activities at TPL WH including administration, operational and compliance.Conduct regular report to BPOM especially for precursor items.Supervise the TPL WH operations including its compliance, as well as the transport operation and its compliance for Cimanggis and CMO to external warehouseEnsure good inventory accuracy through regular cycle count within respective area, reconcile stock and propose reasonable loss/gain.Ensure that all SOPs in Supply Chain Management are updated and refer to relevant reference e.g QMS, GSOP, Local regulatory, EHS Policy and etc Liase with validation & qualification team to ensure all equipment is qualified and validated and perform validation activities (WH temp mapping, distribution risk assessment, etc).Responsible to all activity related order processing and transportation both physical and system SAP are well monitored.WHO YOU AREEducationBachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Technology/ Engineering/ ManagementRelevant experiencesMin.
