First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, collaborative, detail-oriented Mortgage Service Center Process Review Officer to join our Mortgage Service Center team. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate process improvement efforts, including the development and maintenance of ongoing monitoring and controls over the operations of MSC. Serve as Mortgage Service Center's ("MSC") liaison for internal and external audits, including quality assurance and control reviews.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is: $64,168 - $84,406 per year; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Business-related field or equivalent work experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred.
5 years of experience in lending banking operations, preferably in mortgage banking/servicing required.
2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or lending preferred.
Prior experience in a compliance or related role preferred.
Self-motivated and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management.
Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and excellent follow-through.
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple complex, and competing deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ability to analyze information and present sound recommendations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
