We have a phenomenal SLP-A opportunity at one of our partner school districts in Grants Pass, Oregon. This position is in-person. The team at this school district is collaborative and student-focused, with flexible administration who supports clinicians.

We are looking for SLPAs who:

are proactive about their own needs and the needs of their students
see the value of collaboration
know that life-work balance is important
possess a variety of clinical competenciesand the drive to continually learn and improve

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students in various settings such as classrooms, therapy rooms, or other educational environments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy interventions
Conduct activities and exercise designed to improve speech, language, and communication skills, under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and participation in therapy sessions
Assist in preparation and organization of therapy materials and resources
Follow all relevant legal and ethical guidelines in the provision of speech-language pathology services within the school setting

Requirements:

State SLPA License in good standing
Prior School or Pediatric experience is helpful
