• Responsibilities
• Purchase order analysis to ensure that the pertinent information for product fulfillment is provided and complete. Coordination with sales representative, customer and/or sales and marketing to obtain complete information.
• Complete customer service including, but not limited to quotations, order entry, expediting, change orders, cancellations, return orders and rep assistance.
• Order scheduling to meet customer requirements including lead time negotiations with manufacturing, production control, and suppliers.
• Enters registered price master data. Each Specialist will coordinate between PMK and MIS the complete descriptions, product codes, leveling codes, pricing information for all new model numbers to be entered into the database.
• Provides customer master maintenance. Each Specialist will be required to coordinate with accounting the financial information required to enter a new customer into the database.
• Inputs data entry of customer purchase orders for all products into Product Sales Module of SAP system.
• Report to management and sales staff to enhance the level of customer service and to increase sales for the territory or representative assigned.
• Takes ownership for their assigned reps orders. Must facilitate the resolution to each issue preventing an orders completion.
• Monitors and follows-up on all Past Due orders to resolve and properly communicate issue as required.
• Should be capable of understanding and conversing in technical terms with PMK, Engineering, and the Manufacturing.

• Must be team oriented and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Must be responsible, well organized, able to work with limited supervision, mature, and adaptable to change. Requires basic product knowledge of all applicable products. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent phone skills. Must exhibit enthusiasm and excitement for the products and the company. Must be able to perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 10 with a minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
• Qualifications:
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft suite of products; strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor; technical aptitude; strong organization skills.
• Education:
• 2 year technical degree, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting, including five (5) years experience in a customer service and order entry environment. Working knowledge of SAP is preferable.
