MUST have a current Scrum Master certification.
MUST have SAP development and/or implementation project experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Certified Scum Master with current credentials.
6+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master leading a software development team actively applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory, and knowledge of additional Agile approaches (Scaled Agile, Kanban)
Prior experience managing custom development projects preferred, as well as experience managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams, leading combined communications across scrum teams and coordinating deliverables to avoid conflict/collisions with others teams and projects.
Light experience with SAP- no specific modules needed, but arms length understanding of SAP and S/4 Hana, Fiori, mobility and integration interaction
Advanced experience with Jira and Jira boards
Significant experience managing external vendors in agile ceremonies and process
Proven experience managing implementation projects with work efforts shared across multiple 3rd party vendors and/or system integrators
Must have capability to work as Scrum Master and interface with Program Manager, Development Manager and business leaders as needed
