Position Summary:

Enchanted Expeditions is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, handling travel inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing travel itineraries with efficiency and professionalism.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, leveraging insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain organized records of travel bookings, schedules, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and contribute to creating unforgettable travel experiences.
