Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and abilities.
Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients across the lifespan, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities.
Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate clients and their support networks on communication strategies and techniques for carryover into daily life.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Florida.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
