DESCRIPCION DE PUESTO
La posición de Assistant Fitness Director (AFD) es responsable de ayudar al Fitness Director en las ventas de entrenamiento personal y de mantener la calidad de los servicios de entrenamiento que se brindan a los socios.
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Liderazgo y Ventas
Lograr la meta de ventas de entrenamiento personal consistentemente.
Responsable de supervisar la programación de entrenamiento personal de los socios, hacer cumplir la asistencia, la puntualidad y las políticas de la empresa.
Servir como embajador de la marca demostrando pasión por el ejercicio físico mediante el uso regular del club.
Mantener y reforzar los estándares profesionales, como tener una actitud positiva, vestirse con el uniforme, llegar al trabajo a tiempo, y respetar a los compañeros de equipo.
Servicio de Entrenamiento Personal
Monitorear la calidad de las sesiones de entrenamiento personal impartidas por los entrenadores a los miembros.
Obtener los comentarios de los clientes de entrenamiento personal y tomar medidas correctivas que sean necesarias para dar un servicio extraordinario.
Mantenimiento de instalaciones
Inspecciones diarias de las instalaciones y equipos del club para garantizar condiciones impecables de limpieza, que los equipos estén en buen estado y que el inventario de materiales sea adecuado.
Demostrar por desempeño personal un nivel de compromiso con el mantenimiento constante de la instalación.
REQUISITOS
El candidato debe poseer un diploma de escuela secundaria / GED y 1 año de experiencia de venta (obligatorio).
Certificación de entrenamiento personal reconocido a nivel nacional (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM como ejemplos).
Debe tener CPR, primeros auxilios, y la certificación de DRD (debe ser obtenida dentro de los 60 días de alquiler).
Debe ser capaz de demostrar de manera adecuada y ejecutar las exigencias físicas del trabajo incluyendo, pero no limitado a movimientos repetitivos, tales como ordenando las pesas (40 lbs.) para mantener el piso limpio; el uso regular de equipos de limpieza y la actividad física relacionada con mantenimiento de la instalación limpia.
Alto grado de iniciativa y motivación; persona dinámica que puede trabajar de forma independiente en equipo.
Fuerte ética de trabajo, integridad y profesionalismo.
Horario flexible - puede incluir fines de semana y / o noches.
