GENERAL
Bajo supervisión directa de jefes de grupo ejecuta una operación o una serie de operaciones del proceso de manufactura dentro de una línea de producción, recibe entrenamiento certificado en las operaciones de las áreas que se ha asignado ya sea Fibra Óptica o Electromecánica. Así mismo se le programa entrenamiento en habilidades operativas (On the Job Training) cuando no cuenta con experiencia requerida y al quedar certificado se le asignará una estación de trabajo. Y todas aquellas actividades administrativas que se requieran para desarrollar la función
RESPONSABILIDADES
Revisa materiales del modelo a producir.
Mantiene limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo
Llena reportes de produccion.
Utiliza herramienta adecuada a la operación.
Realizar sus operaciones de acuerdo a la Instrucción de trabajo establecida.
Cumple con las reglas de seguridad establecidas.
Cumple con el reglamento interior de trabajo.
Inspeccionar puntos de calidad de su operación.
Comunicar a su equipo cuando detecta fallas.
Ejecutar su operación en base a los procedimientos, métodos e instrucciones de trabajo autorizadas. Sugerir cambios en procesos de manufactura.
Puede participar en actividades adicionales al proceso como brigadas de seguridad, comisiones mixtas de seguridad, comisión de revisión de comedor, etc. de acuerdo a necesidades de la planta
Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.
