Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Sr Legal Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Wilmington, DE.

Job Title: Sr Legal Receptionist
Work Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
& Responsibilities :
Provides exceptional service within a Legal office/environment by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and handling incoming calls for the customer/business.
Performs administrative duties as necessary.
Maintains utmost professionalism and willingness to assist the Legal customers to include but not limited to law partners, paralegals and legal administrative assistants with value added services.
Meets and greets all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach.
Answering inbound calls via Office Receptionist Desk.
Greet and direct office visitors, schedule and set up conference room meetings, update daily activities via spreadsheets, route calls as instructed.
Walking throughout the office periodically and no lifting beyond 50#.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
Customer service in a professional office space.
Skills & Qualifications : Resume must reflect working experience of legal Reception in last 3 years.
Seeking a career oriented person who wants to grow and has computer skills coupled with customer service skills.
Must be professional and ability to communicate via email, verbal and in writing in a professional manner at all times.
Dress code is Business professional
Parking is not free
Must be vaccinated by customer request.
