What you'll do:

Schedule, confirm, and support meetings for government VIP customers
Monitor and maintain physical security of conference facilities
Analyze customer administrative processes and procedures, and recommend improvements where possible

What you'll need to succeed:

You have 3 years of experience in a high-level corporate or government environment
You have 3 years of experience supporting and administering conferencing technologies such as WebEx, Adobe Connect, Teams and Zoom
You have 3 years of experience enforcing and following facility security requirements
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
You have an active TS/SCI security clearance
