Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is seeking a temporary Non-Profit Program Manager to join their team for 5 months starting in July! If you have strong project management experience and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities effectively, please apply today!

About the Job:
• Provide comprehensive support for meeting and project management across strategic activities, workgroups, and special projects.
• Assist in communications and messaging concerning strategic projects and cross-team initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement planning, setting goals, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on knowledge of improvement activities.
• Scope and manage projects, develop project tracking tools, monitor progress against milestones, and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the timeline.
• Foster relationships with all employees to enhance efficiency and responsiveness in current operations.

About You:
• 5+ years of strong project or program management experience is required.
• A bachelor's degree is required; A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in a non-profit is highly desired!
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project management tools.
• Display independence, proactiveness, flexibility, and adeptness in handling multiple priorities.

About the Position:
• Pays $32-$35/hr
• Temporary for 5 months
• Hybrid onsite schedule, 2-3 days in office.
• Metro Accessible in Washington, DC
