*The hours for this role will be 4:00 am to Noon Monday - Friday*
Job Summary:
Perform housekeeping and facility duties in all areas of the Broan-NuTone LLC properties.
Job Responsibilities:
* Remove refuse and scrap materials and dispose of properly
* Safely operate powered equipment such as fork trucks, floor scrubbers, scissors and boom lifts.
* Use chemicals and or tools as necessary to keep the facility clean and orderly
* Sweep, wipe, dust, mop, wax, and vacuum areas of the facility in accordance with scheduled and non-scheduled assignments
* Fill and maintain all housekeeping dispensers
* Fill and distribute LP tanks
* May perform and/or assist in Facility and Maintenance projects as needed including basic facility maintenance and painting.
* Snow removal duties
* Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
* Valid Wisconsin Drivers License
* Ability to take initiative and effectively manage time
* Must attain certification in the following areas.
* Lift Truck Safety
* Filling LP Tanks Safety
* Aerial Platform Safety
* Blood Borne Pathogen Disposal
* Stormwater/Oil Spill
