Responsible for system-level feature integration, troubleshooting, analyzing, and developing testing strategies.
Create documentation and processes for the team.
Apply wireless communication knowledge to debug, test and certify DISH UE product lines.
Implement new 3GPP features and tuning of 5G radio access network (RAN) operating parameters.Job requirements:
Requires:
Bachelor s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related field.
Also requires 4 years of work experience in job offered or Test Lead, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Electronics Engineer.Requires 1 year of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
LTE/5G-NSA technologies and knowledge in analysis and validation of 3GPP L1/L2/L3 protocols (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, NAS, AS) in devices.
Hands-on experience in validating the 3GPP call flows using device/network protocol tools set such as QXDM/XCAL.Validation of 3GPP call flows such as voice, SMS/MMS, E911, idle-mode reselection, handovers, and inter-carrier handover in MOCN setting.Validation of 3GPP RF performance such as link adaptation, MIMO throughput, 256QAM data throughput, and carrier aggregation throughput.25% of domestic travel is required.Skills, Experience and RequirementsEmployment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
