Job Overview: A law firm in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage a select number of high-quality cases, providing expert legal representation to clients in personal injury litigation matters.
Duties:
Represent clients in personal injury litigation proceedings.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel or insurance companies.
Advocate for clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case strategy and management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
Experience in personal injury litigation.
Proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Certifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
