Description

We are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic Esthetician Licensed Professional to be a part of our team. If you are interested in an exciting career and challenging position assisting senior management of fast-growing company - this job is perfect for you!

base+ very rewarding commissions structure.
- Hourly + commission + bonus + tips = on average your hourly rate will be $25 - $30 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and suggesting the appropriate therapies and treatments
Assist in performing skin assessments to identify problems and the right course of action
Provide high-quality facial treatments and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose that address skincare concerns (i.e. body masks, wraps, sugar and salt scrubs, and compression wraps).
Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs
Perform face and scalp massages for therapeutic or relaxation purposes
Perform facial extraction for blackhead removal
Maintaining client reports and notes
Educating clients on spa/salon therapies and services
Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including upselling of lotions, creams and other skin care products

In addition, this position will demonstrate the use of lotions, oils, masks, creams and ointments. This position may also use mechanical and electrical apparatuses and devices to perform procedures. Some of the devices that you will use includes:

Microdermabrasion machines
Facial steamers
Galvanic current machines
Rotary brushes
Microcurrent machines
Paraffin heaters
LED Light therapy machines
Vacuum/spray facial machines
Electrotherapy machines
And more as it relates to the treatment that is to be performed within the assigned department.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Either: Aesthetician / Esthetician License Required
3 years' Customer Service experience
2 years' experience in a sales environment
Proficient in MS Office
Must have the ability to work weekends
