CFC Construction, a Big-D Company, has an opportunity for an experienced Lead Superintendent - Multifamily to join our team of construction professionals based in the Golden, CO.Position Description: This position will take the lead on a large ground-up multifamily project. Provides overall supervision for all construction operations. Responsibilities include direct supervision of assistant superintendents and other project team personnel, directing them in the planning, coordination and execution of work, completing quality projects on time and within budget. Attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image. Responsible for managing subcontractors.

Primary responsibilities:

Mobilizes the project - equipment choices, site layout and site set-up
Plans and implements construction means / methods, schedules, productivity and site logistics
Innovative planning
Develops, monitors and executes the project construction plan and schedule
Develops, manages, implements and enforces quality control, safety and environmental programs; and the company's drug and alcohol policy
Ensures that all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Documents all violations, notifies project management, recommends and implements corrective action, as required
As field administrator, reviews and authorizes time sheets; verifies invoices, labor quantities, packing slips, purchase orders and updates daily job reports
Monitors cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Reviews and implements approved field changes
Organizes and coordinates all subcontractor activities, including conducting and chairing weekly coordination meetings, assisting project manager with buyouts and monitoring subcontractor monthly progress invoices
Coordinates on-site manpower, materials and equipment
Supervises, mentors, coaches and trains field personnel
Develops and maintains positive client relations
At the time of project closeout, performs final inspections, identifies deficiencies and ensureswarranty work and site demobilization
Liaison with building authorities and regulatory agencies
Continuously reviews field production to analyze and improve where necessary
Performs daily and weekly review of jobsite activities and establishes action plans
Performs coordination and constructability reviews during preconstruction

Continuously cultivate and maintain positive relations with multiple sources (A/E's, sub-contractors, consultants, trade association, etc.) and help facilitate the company-wide proactive cultivation of relationships

Qualifications:

10 years of progressive construction field supervisory experience
Applicants must reside in or have immediate plans to relocate to the Denver Metro area. Denver area experience preferred.

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
