Founders RX is seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our valued patients.
Founders RX is looking for a pharmacist to join our team in a part-time manner. We are seeking someone with sterile compounding experience (preferably but not required) to help us meet the IV needs of our long-term care residents. Primary responsibilities include oversight of medication dispensing services to residents in skilled nursing facilities and other residential care levels in a closed-door long-term care pharmacy. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, providing advice on drug selection, dosages, interactions, and potential side effects to ensure optimal treatment for health conditions.
