OnsiteRaytheon is seeking a Senior Principal System Engineer to join our System Engineering Team.
The Senior Principal System Engineer at either the system, subsystem or component level will contribute to a team of systems engineers in the accomplishment of engineering tasks in an iterative development environment.The candidate will have experience in creating and decomposing software requirements.
The candidate will have experience in test verification of requirements as well as participation in verification events.
Candidate will have experience with discrepancy reports and developing closure plans.
The candidate will have leadership experience, providing tasking to a team.The candidate will have experience with the software development lifecycle.
The candidate will have experience to the Agile development methodology as it pertains to software development.Work Location:

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.
security clearance.
U.S.

citizens are eligible for a security clearanceRequired Skills:
Systems engineering lifecycle experience Systems experience in creating and decomposing software requirements Exposure to the preparation and reporting of program plans, schedules, and metrics Experience in test verification of requirements Experience in leadership, providing tasking to others Experience with integration and test procedures and plans Experience identifying, managing, and mitigating technical riskDesired Skills:
Experience managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines Experience communicating with all levels of management and individual contributors Experience working Agile methodology as it pertains to software developmentRequired Education and Experience:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulationsEmployee Referral Award Eligibility:

ALL eligibility requirements must be met to receive the Referral AwardingThe salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
