Keyrus EPM Americas is seeking a
• Managed Service Consultant
• to join our team. Their primary responsibility will be to assist our clients achieve their business goals via post-go live support and application enhancements. The role will get the chance to work with many different clients and industries, allowing the Consultant to grow with the team and company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to continually take on new responsibilities.
• Responsibilities of the Consultant include:
• Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing
• Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership to drive consensus in line with best practices and guidance from client and internal stakeholders
• Participate in data integration, migration and validation on live client models
• Deliver end-user trainings and knowledge transfer sessions to clients in collaboration with our Training Development team
• Work in a collaborative way with other team members and clients to deliver high touch customer service to existing clients
• Communicate well written and orally at all levels?managerial, technical, and user
• Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones
• Required Attributes:
• Familiarity with financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts
• Demonstrated analytical and problem?solving skills
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill
• Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn a new technology
• Great organizational and time management skill
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering or related field and equivalent experience
• Desired Attributes:
• Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
• Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and designing system interfaces
• Prior experience in implementing or working with Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau or similar technologies
• Prior relevant Consulting or Industry Experience like Supply Chain, Finance or Sales
• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and business processes
