• • El enfoque será para los clientes de farmacias no institucional • El horario será de 10am a 7pm, lunes a viernes y algunos sábados rotativos
• Si requiere que sea técnico de farmacias
Trabajo profesional que consiste en realizar ventas y brindar servicio al cliente dirigido a instituciones como hospitales, clínicas, veterinarios y farmacias especializadas, siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
• Deberes Esenciales
• 1.
Responsable de completar ventas ya sea por teléfono, emails o fax.
2.
Cumple con las cuotas de llamadas, para alcanzar objetivos departamentales.
3.
Realiza cotizaciones a los clientes, cumpliendo con las reglas de los manufactureros.
4.
Trabaja incidentes (reclamaciones, devoluciones, quejas, entre otros) y brinda seguimiento hasta ser completados.
5.
Enlace con los otros departamentos (entrega, devoluciones, carrero) para canalizar cualquier acción que corresponda.
6.
Representa al cliente y vela por que la necesidad sea provista.
7.
Mantiene al Departamento de Compras informado de las faltas.
• PREPARACION Y EXPERIENCIA
• Grado Asociado (G.A) en Técnico /Auxiliar de Farmacia
• o su equivalente de un colegio con programa de dos años o de una escuela técnica; o seis meses a un año de experiencia relacionada; o la combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
• LICENCIAS Y CERTIFICACIONES
• No se requiere licencias y/o certificaciones para ejercer las funciones antes expuestas.
No obstante, es altamente recomendada las educaciones continuas para mantener óptimo dominio de las leyes y mejores prácticas en la profesión.
