Support the Account Leaders in running and growing the a major retail account. This includes developing a strong relationship with the client and being a strong voice for the client within Blend. The Account Director is expected to be on-site at the client (Bay Area) 50-100% of the time.

Primary Responsibility - Supporting the Account Leaders around day-to-day needs of the account. These responsibilities are wide ranging, including:

Supporting communications and presentations to the client
Facilitating and managing SOW's, documentation, etc., working with procurement organization where necessary
Helping to manage internal Blend needs around the client such as pipeline management, forecasting, etc.
Ensuring QBR's are scheduled, robustly prepared and executed
Supporting the Account Leaders in developing growth plans both short term and long term
Supporting the development of account plans around resource needs
Creating and managing intake systems for client requests, including new projects
Providing a first point of contact for client and escalating issues / concerns / opportunities appropriately to Account Leaders
Developing and maintaining client and relationship organization maps, dossiers and related materials to support growing Blend's presence
Managing account coordinator and helping skills/career development
Holding delivery teams accountable for project plans, timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

Client and relationship management
Project management
Understanding of data science and consulting
5 to 10 years experience
Eager and excited about helping to grow a big account and advance in their career
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Clear, concise communication skills

Additional Information

The starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
