The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing endeavors and significantly contribute to our growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, this pivotal role involves steering our digital campaigns to new heights, leveraging data-driven insights to foster brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition.
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
Strategically develop and execute cutting-edge performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google and Microsoft Ads), social media (Facebook and Instagram Ads), display, and email channels, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and growth objectives.
Lead the charge in campaign management, from conceptualization and execution to continuous monitoring and optimization, aiming for superior performance and ROI.
Harness the power of analytics to scrutinize campaign outcomes, drawing actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve or exceed lead generation and customer acquisition targets.
Champion innovative A/B test strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness, closely collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
Oversee and optimize marketing budgets across channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact and profitability.
Foster a culture of innovation within the marketing team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns.
Expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly paid search and social media, with a knack for identifying and leveraging emerging trends and technologies.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing automation platforms.
A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, complemented by excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
