A major entertainment client is looking for a Sr.
Business Systems Analyst (Servicenow).

They are generally responsible for translating business strategy, requirements, and desired outcomes into repeatable business processes that can be implemented using workflows on our supported platforms.
They build collaborative relationships with our clients to understand their business processes and provide thought-leadership on digital transformation and business process management.
They have a high-level view of the business and enterprise service management processes across the company and understand where processes interact or intersect.
They translate business requirements into user stories and outcomes for development, testing, and implementation.
They demonstrate customer centricity and service orientation, by using business process management methodologies to guide stakeholders through process rationalization, product adoption, organizational change management, and digital transformation initiatives.
This is an onsite position.
4 days on , 1 day off.
There will of course be some flexibility but they are required to come on site.
Key areas is to find someone who has experience with stakeholder engagement, management as well as demand management.
Service NOW is the key technology.
They will be reviewing weekly ideas that come through Service Now and work with product owners to see if it is something they want to move forward with.
They would in a sense size up the effort and review the requirements and share that with stakeholders.

Pay rate range:
$64 hourly

-5+ years of experience leading business architecture, business process management (BPM), or business analysis functions within a large enterprise
• At least 3 years of experience participating workflow, process, or development projects
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience as a product owner, driving the outcomes for multiple products or complex features
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 or later and ITSM best practices -8+ years of progressively complex business systems analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with enterprise business system analysis, workflow, or business process automation tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce or Appian preferred)
• Strong communication, writing, and executive presentation skills
